Hussey Fraser Solicitors secured a settlement for a client who suffered an injury at work when a falling piece of equipment caused injuries to our client.

We had the pleasure of representing a client who was injured at work when a panel fell from above onto her shoulder tearing ligaments and necessitating long term injection therapy to manage her pain.

This was a medically complex case. However, Andrea Sullivan and the team in Hussey Fraser engaged the appropriate medical experts to diagnose the extent of that injury and then secure appropriate compensation for our client.
