€275,000 settlement secured in 2018 for a motorcyclist injured in a road traffic accident.

Hussey Fraser Solicitors secured a settlement for a client who suffered significant fractures to his leg when he was knocked off his motorcycle by another vehicle.

The largest impact of this accident on our client however, was not his physical pain but rather his fear of getting back on his motorbike which had been a source of joy for him. With counselling and medical expert help our client managed to overcome this fear and return to his much-loved hobby.
